Everyone who registers at Geminars is actually a viewer to begin with. You are also given 100 credits to initiate some engagements. Those viewers who now want to host their own Geminar, can easily do so using their own Dashboard or they can choose to remain a viewer.

Viewers often do not consume their credits at Geminars. But there would be some Geminars where the author may have passed on the costs to the viewer. In those Geminars it would be the viewer who pays for chatting ( each message is charged a tiny amount) Learn more about credits here
